We access your property either with a key provided by you that we keep very safely in our office, or you can advise us of alternative arrangements, i.e. keeping a key with the security at your property.

If your chosen employee is going on leave we will train a replacement to work in their place at our cost. If your chosen employee is sick we will call with the offer of a replacement.

Our normal work days are Saturday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., although these hours may be adjusted slightly to meet your individual needs. While it is not always possible to give a specific time when we will be at your home, we will make every effort to adjust our schedule to meet your needs.
